My Story

I started writing music in junior high after learning to play electric guitar...and discovered a love of songwriting as a way to process and share his spiritual and emotional journey.

A few years later, my dad showed me how to use music production software to record myself. Through high school, I spent a lot of time in my bedroom with my dad's production gear, working on rock music. That resulted in The Places I Go, a rock album I released in 2011. Since then, I've had alternating periods of silence and productivity.

There's something in how I'm wired where songs are super important to me. Whether they are to process through feelings, remind myself of truth, or tell others my story, music is the outlet I love to use to express.
